62436 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What was the top 10% percentile time it takes for a review of decision to be assessed by Work and Income, for each year over the past three years?
Hon Louise Upston: I refer the Member to the attached tables:
• Table One: provides the average and median time (working days) for review of decisions resolved prior to a Benefit Review Committee hearing, and the top ten percentile.
• Table Two: provides a breakdown of the decisions overturned prior to a Benefits Review Committee, by financial year and assistance type.
This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 62438 (2024), 62439 (2024), 62442 (2024) and 62443 (2024).
