Hon Chris Bishop: Corrected reply: I refer the Member to the attached table provided by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities. For some sales, the sale price and/or settlement date is not centrally recorded, and it would require Kāinga Ora staff to access individual files to collate sales prices. Therefore, I consider that the time and expense of fully answering the Member’s questions is not in the public interest.
