51692 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: What new or renewed office leases have been entered into since 1 January 2024 by any agency for which the Minister is responsible, if any, and for each lease, what is the total cost, term, floor area, and current occupancy rate?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that since 1 January 2024, the Ministry of Transport has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with MBIE to continue operating a small presence in the government's shared Auckland Policy Office. The Ministry is finalising a co-location agreement with MBIE to relocate its Wellington office to Pastoral House in 2026. NZTA refers the Member to the attached document.
