Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What new or renewed office leases have been entered into since 1 January 2024 by any agency for which the Minister is responsible, if any, and for each lease, what is the total cost, term, floor area, and current occupancy rate?

Hon Brooke van Velden: WorkSafe New Zealand has provided a schedule of new and renewed leases entered into since 1 January 2024, together with the requested information, in the table attached.  I am advised that occupancy rates, where measurable, are impacted by flexible working arrangements and also staff (such as Inspectors) who as part of their normal duties are offsite engaging with businesses.
