51630 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What new or renewed office leases have been entered into since 1 January 2024 by any agency for which the Minister is responsible, if any, and for each lease, what is the total cost, term, floor area, and current occupancy rate?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that there are 9 new leases and 48 renewed leases that the Ministry has entered into since 1 January 2024. Of the 48 renewed leases, 10 have new rent negotiations underway (or other lease terms). This is shown in the attached table. The current occupancy rate is included in the response to written parliamentary question 51626 (2025).
