Hon Mark Mitchell: Corrected reply: I refer the Member to the attached table which shows leases which have been entered into since January 2024 which includes the total cost, term, and floor area. I am advised that as the leased space is used for a range of purposes, it is not practicable to provide an occupancy rate. As such, the information requested for occupancy rate is not available and would require considerable effort to assemble. The time and associated cost in obtaining this information are not, in my view, justifiable. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the SFO's Wellington Office at 22 The Terrace was on an ‘Agreement to Lease’ for the 2023/24 period. SFO signed a lease agreement for the same address in May 2024.
