51593 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Housing: What new or renewed office leases have been entered into since 1 January 2024 by any agency for which the Minister is responsible, if any, and for each lease, what is the total cost, term, floor area, and current occupancy rate?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry of Housing & Urban Development has not entered into any new or renewed leases since 1 January 2024. I refer the member to the attached table, for the new office leases Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities have been entered into since 1 January 2024.
