Hon Dr Shane Reti: I refer the member to the attached table, which provides the average wait times for Stats NZ’s survey respondent helpline for years ending 30 September 2021 to 30 September 2025. Please note, Stats NZ does not hold wait time data prior to year ending 30 September 2021. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 48036 (2025), 48045 (2025), 48050 (2025), 48053 (2025) and 48058 (2025).
