44798 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How many “shifts below target” have occurred, if any, in the months of May, June, and July 2025, as reported in the Care Capacity Demand Management programme, listed by district and as a percentage of all shifts?

Hon Simeon Brown: I refer the member to the attached tables, which show the percentage of shifts below target across all wards (including emergency departments and maternity wards), in the months May, June and July 2025. For comparison I have also included shifts below target during the same months in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Additionally, I have provided data on shifts above target to give the Member a more complete picture.
