33558 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many of the 2,150 social houses that he expects to be delivered through funding in Budgets 2024 and 2025 will be delivered each month to July 2027?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Government committed to deliver 2,050 social homes across Budgets 2024 and 2025. At this stage, we expect to deliver closer to 2,200 places from available funding. Delivery information as at June 2026 is provided in the attachment. Information is provided by Community Housing Providers and is subject to change as projects progress. This response also answers Written Questions 3360 and 3362 (2026).
