Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the information the Public Service Commission (the Commission) holds on the gender breakdown statistics of the employees covered by the live pay equity claims (affected employees) comes from a range of sources and is not deliberately collected by the Commission. The data held by the Commission is not up-to-date and the Commission is not responsible for verifying this data or updating it. Please find listed in the attached table the gender breakdown of employees of live pay equity claims that the Commission holds.
