Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the Member to the attached table, which shows leases that Police have been entered, renewed, or exited since 27 November 2023. None of these leasing decisions were part of a broader office consolidation programme. The Serious Fraud Office’s Wellington Office at 22 The Terrace was on an ‘Agreement to Lease’ for the 2023/24 period. SFO signed a lease agreement for the same address in May 2024.
