Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that, between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2025, 328 staff were made redundant. I refer the Member to the attached tables, showing the number of redundancies by: · Table 1: Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations code (the system used to categorise types of roles to protect the privacy of staff) · Table 2: The year and month the redundancy became effective · Table 3: Type of employment · Table 4: Duration of Service. I am advised by the Education Review Office that one member of staff was made redundant between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2025. Given the small number, it is not in the public interest for any further information to be disclosed as it would breach the privacy of this individual. I am advised by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2025, 26 staff were made redundant.
