1944 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora-owned homes, if any, are currently categorised as removed from service pending divestment and how does that number breakdown by the number of months the homes have been out of service?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as at 31 December 2025, there were 612 owned properties that have been removed from service pending divestment.
