1940 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora-owned homes, if any, are currently categorised as removed from service pending demolition and how does that number breakdown by the number of months the homes have been out of service?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as at 31 December 2025, 86 owned properties have been removed from service pending demolition. For more information I refer the Member to the attached document provided by Kāinga Ora, which provides a breakdown by number of months out of service.
