853 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts for the Q3 2024 period, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 29 January, we have answered 16,064 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 13,027 web messages relating to FamilyBoost. I refer the Member to the attached table.
