41 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister for Land Information: How many, if any, overseas investment applications have been received by the Overseas Investment Office since January 2024, listed by date and name of company?

Hon Chris Penk: A total of 658 applications have been received by the Overseas Investment Office since 1 January 2024. A list of applications received showing date and name of company is provided in the attached document. During this time 445 applications from overseas persons to buy a home to live in were received. These are not included in the attachment as they are from private individuals.
