Hon Chris Penk: Please refer to the attached document for the Pathway and Industry Class of applications approved by the Overseas Investment Office. A total of 627 Overseas Investment applications (including One Home to Live In) have been approved since 1 January 2024. This list includes the date and the Applicant name of approved Overseas Investment applications. Please note this list does exclude 411 applications from persons to acquire a home to live in as these are from private individuals.
