Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister of Agriculture: Were there companies or start-ups within New Zealand other than ArkeaBio who could have benefitted from the $9.9 million dollar contribution to the development of a methane vaccine and if so, what consideration or consultation was there with them to support New Zealand scientists and ensure stability for research and development investment money in New Zealand?
