82330 (2024). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Health: How many, if any, system faults or IT-related disruptions have occurred in Health NZ since 27 November 2023, and what steps are being taken to prevent further disruptions?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that large and small faults and disruptions to IT systems occur for many reasons. However, Health New Zealand does not have a summary of all faults and disruptions. I am further advised that Health NZ is currently implementing national IT service management systems which will allow this type of reporting in the future.
