Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for DPMC. I refer the member to the Prime Minister’s response to Written Parliamentary Question 82231 (2024).
