Hon Chris Bishop: Te Waihanga/the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission does not lead on policy work but provides second-opinion policy advice on matters affecting infrastructure provision. I am informed that the Commission is not undertaking any policy work in coordination with the Auckland Policy Office but its second-opinion advice can support the work of other agencies in the Office.
