82182 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Rail: How much money, if any, was spent by the Government on the Ministerial Advisory Group on the future of KiwiRail’s inter-island ferry service?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Treasury advises that $300,567.63 excluding GST has been spent to date for the Ministerial Advisory Group. This amount is slightly less than the answer provided by the Minister for State Owned Enterprises in July 2024, in response to Written Question 43744 (2024), due to the difference between the accruals and actuals.
