82109 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Rail: Does the Minister agree with the Hon David Seymour that privatization of up to 49% of the Cook Strait ferry service will be possible under the Schedule 4A model that was announced?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: As a matter of law, any Schedule 4A company can have up to 49% private ownership.
