82102 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Rail: What, if anything, does the Minister intend to do differently from the previous Government Minister responsible for the Rail portfolio?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: A specific rail portfolio has not existed since 1996. The Minister for State Owned Enterprises held this delegation prior to my appointment, and I will continue his practice of collective cabinet responsibility.
