Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised that Stats NZ has developed a methodology to measure persistent child poverty using survey and (longitudinal) admin data and prepared initial persistent child poverty baseline estimates, which is publicly available at https://www.stats.govt.nz/methods/developing-a-methodology-to-measure-persistent-child-poverty-using-survey-and-admin-data/.
