82045 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many, if any, venues with non-casino (class 4) pokies have been found in breach of the Gambling (Harm Prevention and Minimisation) Regulations 2004 between 1 October and 30 November, broken down by month?

Hon Brooke van Velden: In October 2024, 48 class 4 venue inspections were completed. Of those 48 venues, 20 had breached the Regulations. In November 2024, 36 venues were inspected and 15 of those venues had breached the Regulations.
