82033 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many businesses have been non-compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (the Act) between 1 October 2024 and 30 November 2024, if any; broken down by week?

Hon Brooke van Velden: Of the 12 reporting entities inspected between 1 October 2024 and 30 November 2024, all were found to have some level of non-compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. The dates on which the inspections were undertaken are listed as an appendix.
