Arena Williams to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Has the Minister of State Owned Enterprises written any letters of expectations - or any updated letters of expectations - to any state-owned enterprises from 1 July to 17 December 2024; if so, what are the names of these State Owned Enterprises?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Yes, I have sent letters conveying expectations to Meteorological Service of New Zealand Limited and Transpower New Zealand Limited since 1 July. The Minister of Finance has also written to KiwiRail Holdings Limited conveying expectations.
