81980 (2024). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding engineered stone, and from whom?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I have received advice from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment on the risks and regulatory options to control risks regarding engineered stone and materials containing crystalline silica. I also received advice from WorkSafe on their operational activities in the engineered stone industry and on the Australian announcement of a ban on engineered stone.
