Hon Brooke van Velden: My officials undertook targeted consultation with stakeholders in July and August 2024, including employer and employee representatives, employment lawyers, academics, and technical experts. This included NZCTU and affiliates, NZCTU Rūnanga, Association of Salaried Medical Specialists, and the Tertiary Education Union.
