Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Housing: When a Ministry of Social Development client or other individual approaches a MSD office asking for access to emergency housing, what process (if any) is employed to document such interactions; if none, why is MSD not keeping a record of the number of New Zealanders presenting to MSD as homeless and in need of access to emergency housing?
