81916 (2024). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What level of confidence does the Minister have that she will be able to deliver a reformed Holidays Act by the end of this parliamentary term, and what is that level of confidence based upon?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am confident that Cabinet will consider advice on policy settings in 2025, and it is my intention to pass a new Act by the end of this term. My level of confidence is based on the fact that reforming the Holidays Act is one of my top priorities.
