81770 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Is there family therapy available for the whānau of the participants on the Oranga Tamariki Military-Style Academy pilot who would like to receive it?

Hon Karen Chhour: Corrected reply: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that they do not have a set definition of ‘family therapy’. However, I am further advised that the Intensive Mentors work closely with family and whānau around what support they might need, and referrals to services that may be required are available.
