Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter April to June 2024 on the recommended focus area ‘Consideration of changes to increase capacity within the cancer workforce, including ‘task shifting’ where appropriate, where specific tasks are delivered by health workers with shorter training, enabling staff to be used at the top of their scope of practice’ under ‘System-wide solution 4: Workforce’ in the Cancer Control Agency ’Cancer Services Planning’ document?
