Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 to ‘Develop a robust equity-first prioritisation methodology to be used in cancer investment decision-making’ under Outcome 2: New Zealanders experience equitable cancer outcomes, as part of the New Zealand Cancer Action Plan 2019 – 2029?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during this quarter (July to September 2024), the prioritisation methodology continued to be tested via the Cancer Control Agency 2024/25 work programme.
