Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has occurred to achieve the initiative 'Develop national standards and operating model to address unwarranted variation across the country' included on page 8 of High Level Implementation Plans - Achieving the Health Targets, as at 16 December 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Cancer Control Agency has developed models of care for transplant cellular therapy; systemic anti-cancer therapy, and radiation oncology. I am further advised that the implementation of these models will occur in 2025 via the National Cancer Clinical Network and the National Cancer Services Planning and Delivery Forum.
