80896 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Rail: What, if anything, does the Minister intend to do differently from the previous Government Minister responsible for the Rail portfolio of State- Owned Enterprises?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I did not monitor the detail of what the previous Minister did. I am speaking with stakeholders and assessing information to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved for rail and the ferry situation. I will fulfil my statutory responsibilities as both a shareholding and responsible Minister.
