Hon Andrew Bayly: Consumer New Zealander was not consulted on the Terms of Reference for the Governance and Effectiveness Review of the Commerce Commission. The review panel will have the opportunity to interview and seek views from significant stakeholders, including Consumer New Zealand, during the review process.
