Hon Erica Stanford: The Government has already announced its response to this recommendation https://www.beehive.govt.nz/release/historic-redress-inequities-finally-resolved-lake-alice-unit-survivors The Minister of Health is responsible for the delivery of legal fee reimbursements by the Ministry of Health.
