80729 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Was Emma Finlayson-Davis suggested to him for appointment to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, and if so, who suggested her?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Ms Finlayson-Davis was not suggested to me. She submitted an expression of interest in response to a public advertisement, as per my previous answer to WPQ 78688 (2024).
