80728 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Was Hon Denis Clifford suggested to him for appointment to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, and if so, who made that suggestion?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Hon Denis Clifford was not suggested to me. He submitted an expression of interest in response to a public advertisement, as per my previous answer to WPQ 78689 (2024).
