80682 (2024). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Since coming to office in October 2023, how many Cabinet papers has the Minister proactively released within 30 working days?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the number of Cabinet papers approved for release, the number released within 30 business days of the final Cabinet decision, and the number being prepared for release is collected by the Public Service Commission and is published every six months. For the period January to June 2024, in the Social Development and Employment portfolio, 11 Cabinet papers were approved for, and then proactively released. Seven of those papers were proactively released within 30 working days of the final decision by Cabinet. I am advised that the information for the period July to December 2024 will be published early next year.
