80584 (2024). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Associate Minister of Health: What steps has she taken, if any, to invest in innovative models of care that can keep older people safe and well for longer in communities, as outlined in Recommendation 10 of the Aged Care Commissioner's March 2024 report?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the Community Rehabilitation Enablement Support Team programme provides a fully integrated hospital, community, and primary care service. This innovative model operates in Canterbury, and there is a similar model being extended across the Waikato. I also refer the Member to my responses to Written Parliamentary Questions 80577 (2024) and 80580 (2024).
