Hon Andrew Hoggard: On 4 December 2024, the paper titled ‘Policy approvals: Facilitating export exemptions under the Food Act 2014 from New Zealand food composition and food labelling requirements’ was considered by Cabinet Economic Policy Committee, and on 5 December 2024, one joint paper associated with my Food Safety portfolio titled 'Amending the Therapeutic Products Act Repeal Bill' was considered by Cabinet Legislation Committee.
