Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: • 3 December 2024 – Aide memoire: Firearms reform – Phase 3: Timelines for enabling legislation to transfer the firearms regulatory function • 5 December 2024 – Briefing: Amendment Paper for Sentencing (Reinstating Three Strikes) Amendment Bill • 5 December 2024 – Weekly Report: Weekly Report (Justice, Associate Justice and Courts) I have received 4 further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
