Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: What information, if any, has been brought to the minister’s attention under the no surprises principle outlined in item 4.2 of the Cabinet Office circular on the consultation arrangements for this Government since 27 November 2023, listed by agency, subject, and date, and if any of that information is withheld, on what grounds is it being withheld?

Hon Andrew Bayly: The only information that has been brought to my attention, in relation to clause 4.2 of Co(24)2, are those in line with my portfolio responsibilities, which occurred as part of normal government business and Cabinet processes.
