Greg O'Connor to the Minister for Veterans: What information, if any, has been brought to the minister’s attention under the no surprises principle outlined in item 4.2 of the Cabinet Office circular on the consultation arrangements for this Government since 27 November 2023, listed by agency, subject, and date, and if any of that information is withheld, on what grounds is it being withheld?

Hon Chris Penk: No information brought to the Minister’s attention from Veterans’ Affairs has been on the basis of the ‘no surprises’ principle.
