Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I did not attend the Select Committee hearings for the Prime Minister portfolio for the 2022/23 and 2023/24 Annual Reviews. The Secretary of the DPMC attended the meetings.
