Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) and the Appropriation Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I did not attend the Select Committee hearing for the Prime Minister portfolio for the 2024/25 Estimates.
